Email info@followthesparrow.org within 10 days of receipt or purchase.

Show proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) and state reason for return.

You will receive a refund for the merchandise within 7 days.

If your refund request is after 10 days of purchase, you will receive a store credit.
